From its modern headquarters, occupying a 5-acre site in the north of Lincoln, Battles distributes an extensive range of animal health, equestrian and pet care products to distributors and retailers throughout the UK.
Complementing the UK activities is an extensive export business which focuses on the principal own manufacture brands of Battles, Lincoln, Hydrophane, Super Codlivine, Dermoline and Wendals - all of which are fast becoming brand names familiar to livestock owners throughout the world.
With Battles extensive investment in technology, retailers and distributors in the UK can expect an efficient and rapid service in line with modern day requirements, plus the choice of an unprecedented range of products, many of which are exclusive to Battles.

The manufacture of animal health and equestrian products has been a key part of the Battles tradition. Our extensive facilities are registered with the MHRA to produce a wide range of veterinary pharmaceutical products from creams to liquids, powders to emulsions. No process is too complex. Every area of product manufacture is managed by our technical team to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing practice.
Continued investment and development of the manufacturing resource has ensured efficient and cost effective manufacturing techniques and we are able to offer this expertise to companies world-wide. Our contract manufacturing facility operates to the same high standards and offers a full range of services from product development, utilising our in house laboratory, to material sourcing, formulation, manufacture and packaging. With the range of facilities at our disposal no product is too complex and no batch size too large or small.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £45 to the MAINLAND UK only.
Providing the order weight does not excede 32kg and is not a Bulk Item.
Bulk items such as Rabbit Hutches,Dog Carriers, Dog Beds, Parrot Cages, Cat Litter and Bird Sands maybe subject to extra delivery charge even if they are under the 32kg in weight.
Large bulky items to UK Mainland / Southern Ireland may incur additional charges from the couriers, please E Mail us for quotation on any large items irrespective of the weight.
If you request the parcel to be left without a signature (i.e. shed, porch,garage,etc) you will be liable should the parcel not be received.
We cannot take any responsibility should the order not be received, we highly recommend for all orders a signature is obtained.
We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
In case of any damage please send photographic details to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed, or up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing .
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the company within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. If you are unable to return the goods you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notice to cancel your order. This will be at your expense and you will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. The company will be entitled to charge you (an equivalent amount to the original delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will still apply in the event of any discount/special offer applied to delivery charges.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Additionally there will be a re-stocking charge to cover the original cost of shipping to you (despite our free shipping policy we still have to pay a courier!) and for the handling of the item in our warehouse.
Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned within a 28 day period we will refund the cost of delivery back to you upon proof of payment.
Feedem Pet Supermarket Ltd return policy does not extend to products shipped outside of mainland UK.
