Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Where a item is shown as Colour may vary, this is due to the manufacturers and is outside our control, it may be a shade alteration from light blue to dark blue or it may be a completely different colour to the picture used to illustrate the item. Should you require a specific colour only then please E Mail us as soon as you place your order or prior to placing a order to clarify if this is possible. If you have completed a order and the colour requested by you is not available a full refund will be arranged immediately. If you have failed to do this then the colour we supply will deemed to be acceptable by the customer.
Manufactures alterations and amendments to feeds is outside our control and is sold as the current flavour or mix as manufactured. Pictures displayed on the site are as a guide and may be altered or amended by the manufacturer without prior notice. We will always deliver the latest design or model when a product is amended. Likewise packaging alterations and new designs are sold as currently available.
All product information on the website is obtained from the manufacturers and may be altered or amended without our prior notice by them, in which case we will always endeavour to despatch to you the latest manufacturers size, colour or weight of the product.
Please check sizes carefully before ordering, if in doubt use the contact us form on the site prior to ordering.
We accept credit card payment.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to shipped.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed, or up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing or by using the Online Returns Request Process (as detailed below)
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the company within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. If you are unable to return the goods you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notice to cancel your order. This will be at your expense and you will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. The company will be entitled to charge you (an equivalent amount to the original delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will still apply in the event of any discount/special offer applied to delivery charges.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Additionally there will be a re-stocking charge to cover the original cost of shipping to you (despite our free shipping policy we still have to pay a courier!) and for the handling of the item in our warehouse.
Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned within a 28 day period we will refund the cost of delivery back to you upon proof of payment.
Feedem Pet Supermarket Ltd return policy does not extend to products shipped outside of mainland UK.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift vouchers can not be purchased in small denominations to gain FREE DELIVERY.
Vouchers purchased over the value of £45.00 used for goods under 30kg in total weight will go as FREE DELIVERY as per our normal conditions relating to value and weight.
Shipping And Handling
All orders will be dispatched to you by Fedex 72/96hr.
Feedem Pet Supermarket Ltd will E:Mail the customer following collection from our warehouse with the customers parcel.
All parcels will require a signature on arrival at the customers home.
They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 5 days whilst you arrange delivery.
Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel.Delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm unless you specify a timed service
We will then contact the carrier to confirm delivery date and time.
If possible photographs of the damaged items would be appreciated.
Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned back to us by the cheapest means possible.
We may request that you return the item back to us by recorded delivery in the post or we may arrange for the item to be collected by our carrier, the items must be packed as received to avoid any further possible damage.
Should we request you to return the items back to us, please enclose within the package a copy of the receipt given by the post office/ carrier and retain until we confirm receipt of the items back to us.
If you would like to receive a refund for the item returned, you may be charged for the cost of the original delivery cost, if you received free delivery and the return of the item you wish to have refunded brings your order value below our £45 free delivery limit. On this basis you will be charged the delivery fee that would have been due at the time you placed your order.
