I’m afraid I did get the gentlemen’s name so I can not direct the praise personally!  I rang on Monday enquiring about purchasing a guinea pig hutch for a Christmas present for my daughter. The gentlemen kindly rang me back promptly to confirm you had the one I wanted in stock and could get it out to me for Wednesday.  It arrived on Wednesday and has been opened and checked.  In fact it has been built and is currently hidden in the garage in readiness for its new occupants and Christmas Day. A big thank you for your help - Ruth
