Pointer

Pointer Pet Products was established in 1959, and is based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The company operates from spacious premises, having expanded from the original Baking Hall to include additional units, including separate packing facilities in excess of 22,000 sq feet, and purpose-built warehouse facilities of a similar size. The company operates a formal quality management system and is certified at both BRC Level and Higher Grade IFS Level; the same Standards at which human food manufacturers are audited against. Originally, Pointers started producing dog mixer biscuits, but over recent years has expanded the product range to include a wide range of other baked and extruded dog biscuit snacks and complimentary treats. In addition to the typical “single layer” dog biscuit, Pointer also produces multi-layer biscuits, extruded biscuits, and specialist custom biscuits.
