The FURminator Undercoat deShedding Tool for small dogs with short hair is very effective at reducing loose hair from shedding up to 90%. The stainless steel deShedding edge reaches through the topcoat to safely and easily remove loose, dead hair and undercoat allowing for deShedding without damaging the topcoat or cutting the skin. The special Skin Guard glides over your dog's skin and prevents digging in at the edges with the curved edge conforming to a pet’s natural build and shape for comfort. The FURejector button releases the collected excess hair with ease, making deShedding really easy. The FURminator Undercoat deShedding Tool removes significantly more loose hair than a standard comb or brush.

How To Use
Undercoat deShedding is not the same as brushing or combing – it removes loose dead hair from shedding without cutting or damaging the topcoat.
For best results, use weekly for 10-20 minutes and even more frequently during the shedding season.
Step 1
Undercoat deShedding can be performed at any time on a pet with a completely dry coat, but for best results it is recommended to be performed immediately after washing or drying. FURminator brand's extensive line of grooming products are designed to promote healthy skin and coats in pets, and significantly reduce the amount of hair that is being shed into the house with regular use.
Step 2
Before using the Undercoat deShedding Tool, perform a complete physical inspection of your pet. Look for sores, bruises and skin conditions, which you pet’s coat may conceal. If your pet has any of these conditions, seek treatment from a veterinarian before brushing. In addition, before using the Undercoat deShedding Tool, remove tangles or mats with FURminator Adjustable deMatter Tool or Grooming Rake.
Step 3
Use the Undercoat deShedding Tool much like a brush, gently stroking across the pet’s coat in the direction of hair growth, angling the stainless steel teeth towards the coat. Start from your pet’s head and work your way back, using extra care near the stomach, legs, genitals, and anus. Avoid making excessive strokes in a single area, instead using fewer long, gentle strokes up and away from your pet’s skin. Although the Skin Guard design prevents digging in at edges and helps the Undercoat deShedding Tool slide over skin, deep or rough brushing can still irritate pet skin, so avoid brushing with excessive pressure. If you notice any redness or irritation discontinue use.
Step 4
As undercoat hair is collected by your tool, excess hair can be removed from the teeth of the tool by pushing the FURejector button.
When the tool is stored, the Edge Guard protects the teeth to ensure it's durability.

1. What are your standard delivery charges?
For most of the UK*, spend £50 or more and we’ll deliver it to you, absolutely FREE! *max weight 32kg
For orders under £50 there is a charge of £6.75 depending on the weight.

We understand that getting your items to you quickly is really important, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

6. What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If a customer accepts a damaged parcel knowingly the damage must be specified on the courier driver's signature terminal. Please photograph damages for our investigation.
If you have accepted the parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel has been left in a safe place when you were not around to inspect it, then we ask you take a picture of the damaged items and contact us no later than 3pm on the next working day of delivery so we can take the necessary action and resend an item or refund you accordingly.

Once you have received your confirmation telephone call or collection e-mail, simply pop in store to collect your shopping whenever you are ready.

If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.

The easiest way for you to return your item is to follow these 3 steps:
1) Pack everything up securely. Please include your order number and covering note.
2) State the reason for your return.
3) Post back to us at the address below. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund to the card with which you made your purchase, or using PayPal where appropriate.

2. How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund to the card with which you made your purchase, or using PayPal where appropriate. This refund is subject to standard bank clearing times and depending on the payment method can take up to 7 working days.
3. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value
