Superb service. The tank was a liittle late being delivered from suppliers to Feedem (a couple of days) but they e.mailed me and kept me informed professionally and courteously. The care that was taken packing and sending this glass tank was above the call of duty - I have never seen anything fragile delivered more carefully.

I don't think I have ever had such a fast efficient service! I ordered the cage on the 18th August and it was delivered on the 20th. An e-mail enquiry was responded to extremely quickly with a telephone call from Feedem. I definitely recommend Feedem for a trouble free, efficient shopping experience

What a lovely clear shopping experience I have just had! Products clearly set out and priced with no hidden charges! Really pleased with purchase. I normally buy from another company but their product is sent in plain sacks so unsure if it is actually the Johnston & Jeff product. Feedems product was cheaper than their competitors and was in plastic Johnston & Jeff bags, so are the real article, Double packed in cardboard box and was deivered in 3 days from order,Will definately check this company first when I purchase my next batch of Johnston & Jeff bird food, seed, nuts, sunflower seed etc.Great experience.
